Booking Terms
By booking, you agree to the following:
Cancellations:
Within 48 hours: No refund; full hire cost charged. No date changes allowed.
1 week–48 hours: No cancellation fee. No charge if rebooking instead of cancelling.
More than 1 week: Full refund.

Refund & Liability Policy
Notify Sherwood Pines Cycles LTD immediately of any damage or loss; repair costs will be charged.
Mountain biking is high-risk. You ride at your own risk. Sherwood Pines Cycles LTD is not liable for injuries or loss.
You accept responsibility for all equipment during hire and agree to return it on time and in good condition.
Always follow the Mountain Biker’s Responsibility Code. Accidents can be fatal if safety rules are ignored.
Bikes are checked by mechanics, but you must inspect them before and during use. You are responsible for them at all times.

Identification Requirements
Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a utility bill with matching address or a credit card are required.
No ID, no hire, no refund.

Payment & Charges
Full payment required at booking.
Late returns incur a charge of £5 per bike per 15 minutes.

E-Bike Terms
Use ECO/TRAIL modes; reserve EMTB for steep sections to conserve power.
Bikes must be used only on appropriate trail grades. No Bike Park or Downhill section use at all.

Security & Use
Never leave bikes unattended under any circumstances.
Bikes cannot be kept overnight or taken offsite.
Rental times:
Short: 1 Hour
Medium: 2 Hour
Long: 3 Hour

Children & Helmets
Helmets are mandatory. Free helmets provided or bring your own if it meets British Standards.
No E-Bikes are to be hired to under 16’s under any circumstances.
