I Rode a strong and calculated race.

Alternating the laps as lap on full blast, lap tempo. Then repeat till the end.

Gaining steadily throughout, I pulled a convincing win and a full 3minute gap to 2nd place.

Knowing there was more in the tank I had a good session but would of liked more quality to of pushed me a little harder.

Up next I have the next Notts and Derby at Berry Hill and then the day after the next national trophy series at Shrewsbury.
