Sherwood Pines Cycles has a range of cycles for hire, the fleet is mainly made up with Diamondback Peak aluminium Mountain bikes, fitted with 24 gears and front suspension. Raleigh bikes make up the remainder and the childrens cycles.

Families are well catered for with Buggies, child seats and tag-alongs available for hire.
Hire requirements
A driver's licence, debit or credit card is required for deposit and identification. Under 18's will not be allowed to book out cycles unless an adult is with them and that adult leaves the required deposit and identification.
All cycles are hired at the discretion of the owner.
Please note we regret we are unable to prebook bikes unless your group consists of 10 or more. We also cannot prebook at weekends or during school holidays, unless the booking is for 9am.

Corporations, schools, universities and other bodies
We offer group cycle hire to corporations, schools, universities and other bodies.
Cycles can be booked for any of the normal hire durations, with an additional £1 off per cycle for any group booking of 10 cycles or more. We can provide refreshments either in the Café or for you to take out into the forest. We can also provide at and additional charge a guide who can show your group the best route around the forest, teach cycling skills, as well as giving you the knowledge your group is with a fully qualified first aider. We also appreciate that the welfare and safety of your group is of upmost importance, therefore we have provided a risk assessment for you to download which is available below:
